NEW WAVE

Today, on the 14th of December, Pejac is releasing his latest limited edition work. The artist has made use of the serigraphy printing technique to revisit an iconic work of his, first exhibited in London in 2016, entitled ‘New Wave’.

Through this scene, Pejac invites us to explore his dreamlike world, where the laws of physics are replaced by the poetic. 

This is the first time Pejac has presented an edition in square format, measuring 103 x 103 cm. 
Each of the 60 copies has been finished with touches of acrylic paint added by the artist, ensuring every print is unique. Another defining characteristic of this work is the addition of genuine silver leaf to certain areas of the print, bringing some of the magic of the sea, and the shimmering light on its surface, into our homes.
This serigraph print has been completed through a delicate production process, in which 17 individual screens have been overlaid to create the greatest possible depth of tone and texture.

Those wishing to own one of the 60 limited edition screen prints of `NEW WAVE´, will be selected to become buyers through a lottery process that begins with the purchase of a small scale, numbered replica of the work, high quality printed in offset four colours. 

This smaller, postcard-sized version of the work measures 18 cm x 18 cm, and, in addition to its aesthetic and collectible value, it also represents an entry into the lottery draw. These can only be acquired through this website for the following 48 hours, from NOW until 17:00 (CET) on the 16th of December.

Each of these scaled down replicas will be packaged and delivered to buyers through certified, registered postage in February. Part of the proceeds from their sale will be donated to the NGO ‘Fundación AYMY Los Niños De Haití’ who work to build a better future for the children of Haiti.

Those successfully selected through the lottery process will receive an email from management@subenysuben.com between 16:00 and 18:00 CET on the 19th of December with all the relevant details of how to complete the purchase of their serigraph print.
